Our flagship SaaS platform, aDintelle, powers end-to-end advertising operations for leading global media agencies across TV, Digital, Print, Radio, OOH, Cinema, Influencer Marketing, Events, and PR.What we are looking for-We are looking for full stack developers with both front end & backend experience (Angular & .NET & MS SQL)In case you don't have much front-end experience in Angular not to worry but backend experience in .NET is critical.The ideal candidate should possess 6 years of relevant professional experience, with a strong track record of team handling, mentoring, and leading cross-functional teams.You are interested in being a part of a startup journey of a Product Company.Key Responsibilities:Understand existing Web applications & Develop and maintain .NET Web applicationsDeliver within specified timelines and up to expected quality standardsEnhance Web applications as per client change requestsAbility to migrate applications from Angular 1 to Angular 2 and abovePerform root cause analysis to address issues reportedLiaise with peers, if required, and coordinate with other teams (DB, Testing, Front-end) to ensure timely and qualitative delivery.Lead and mentor the engineering team.Drive architecture modernization and technical strategy.Reduce technical debt and improve code quality.Establish engineering best practices, CI/CD, and delivery governance.Collaborate with Product, QA, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.Implement AI-assisted development practices.Build scalable engineering processes and foster a high-performance culture.Must-Have Skills:Strong knowledge of Net Core 2.0 with more than 2 live projectsBasic front-end knowledge of Angular 2+, HTML Javascript, and JQuery skillsSQL Server 2012/2016MVC, Design Patterns & Object-oriented analysis and design (OOAD)Strong analytical skillsFast self-learning attitudeExhibit trust & self-respectAre a good team playerAble to manage work & deadlines
