Company OverviewTavco Growth Private Limited is a marketing analytics and digital strategy firm building high-throughput marketing automation workflows and custom data architecture to eliminate operational friction for scaling brands.Role OverviewWe are hiring a sharp, self-reliant Technical Intern to build, scale, and optimize our multi-tenant CRM backend. Full-time commitment is strictly required—you must have already graduated or completed your final exams. We do not hire part-timers or current students with ongoing academic commitments. You are expected to hit the ground running with zero hand-holding on the basics.Key ResponsibilitiesCRM Backend Development: Design and maintain backend services and automation scripts for a multi-tenant CRM platform.Database Management: Construct PostgreSQL database schemas and enforce strict security policies to guarantee data isolation.API Integrations: Build custom API integrations and webhooks connecting external marketing platforms, messaging channels, and lead generation tools into the CRM pipeline.AI & LLM Cost Optimization: Audit and optimize AI prompts and LLM API calls to process, summarize, and categorize customer data at minimal token costs.Pipeline Debugging: Identify logic errors or performance bottlenecks in active pipelines, verifying multi-tenant isolation rules during deployment.Qualifications & Mandatory RequirementsAvailability: Graduated or finished with all final exams. Must be available for full-time work immediately (no part-time options).Database Systems: Practical understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), schema design, and datatypes.API & Backend Scripting: Solid OOP principles and hands-on experience in Node.js/TypeScript (or Python) to build RESTful APIs, background workers, and webhooks.Security & Multi-Tenant Logic: Clear grasp of tenant context management (session handling, context-bound DB transactions) to prevent cross-tenant data leaks.AI Resource Efficiency: Familiarity with prompt structure, model selection, and token optimization techniques to manage API costs.Mandatory Workstation: Personal laptop/workstation capable of running local backend services, Docker containers, and database tools smoothly.Capability over Credentials: Proven ability to build, debug, and ship real projects independently.Stipend & Career GrowthMonths 1 to 6: ₹7,000 / monthPost 6 Months (PPO Conversion): Up to ₹5,00,000 PA (Full-time Core Team, performance-based)Location & BenefitsLocation: Hybrid remote in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, MaharashtraPerks: Paid time off (PTO)
