We are looking for a Full Stack Flutter & Kotlin Developer who can take complete ownership of building mobile products from scratch — from frontend and backend to APIs, payment gateway integration, third-party SDKs, deployment, and production support.This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who can independently turn a product idea into a production-ready consumer application.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild complete consumer applications from scratch using Flutter/Dart and Kotlin.Develop high-quality, scalable Android and iOS applications using Flutter, with Kotlin for native Android development and integrations.Develop and maintain backend services, REST APIs, databases, and server-side architecture.Integrate and manage payment gateways (PG), subscriptions, payment APIs, and transaction flows.Integrate, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain third-party SDKs and APIs.Develop native Android modules and integrations using Kotlin when required.Implement authentication, OTP, push notifications, analytics, crash reporting, deep links, and other essential mobile services.Design efficient database structures and API architecture.Handle Android/iOS builds, release management, deployment, and production debugging.Optimize applications for performance, scalability, reliability, and security.Work with cloud services and backend infrastructure.Take complete ownership of features from requirement → architecture → development → testing → deployment → maintenance.Debug production issues across the frontend, backend, APIs, database, native code, and third-party integrations.Work closely with the product team to convert ideas into functional consumer products.Required Technical Skills2–5 years of professional software development experience.Strong expertise in Flutter and Dart.Good hands-on experience with Kotlin and Android development.Strong understanding of Flutter architecture, state management, navigation, animations, and responsive UI.Strong knowledge of Android SDK, Kotlin, Gradle, and native Android integrations.Experience with REST APIs, JSON, API authentication, and backend integration.Strong backend development experience using technologies such as Node.js, PHP, Python, or similar.Strong knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL/MySQL.Experience with payment gateway integration and subscription/payment systems.Experience integrating and managing third-party SDKs and APIs.Experience with Firebase, including FCM, Analytics, Crashlytics, etc.Good understanding of Git/GitHub and modern development workflows.Experience with Android/iOS builds, signing, debugging, and publishing.Understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment.Good to HaveExperience with Supabase.Experience with AWS, Google Cloud, or Cloudflare.Experience with payment gateways such as Cashfree, Razorpay, Stripe, or similar.Experience building subscription-based consumer applications.Experience with Google Play Billing and Apple In-App Purchases.Experience with Redis, queues, background jobs, or serverless architecture.Knowledge of Swift/iOS native development is a plus.Experience launching and maintaining consumer applications at scale.Who We’re Looking ForWe are looking for someone who is not limited to Flutter UI development.You should be comfortable taking a product idea and figuring out how to build and launch it end-to-end.You should be able to work across:Flutter → Kotlin → Backend → API → Database → Payment Gateway → Third-Party SDKs → Cloud → Deployment → Production SupportStrong problem-solving ability, ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are extremely important.Candidates with proven experience building and launching complete products from scratch will be strongly preferred.
