Role DescriptionWe are looking for a backend‑strong Full‑Stack Flutter Developer who can build fast, iterate quickly, and help us ship a world‑class product. Build and maintain backend services (Node.js, Laravel, Django, or similar).Design and manage database architecture (PostgreSQL/MySQL).Build clean, well‑structured REST APIs.Develop the Flutter mobile app (UI + logic + state management).Implement authentication, user roles, and permissions.Integrate SMS, WhatsApp, payments, and analytics tools.Deploy backend to cloud (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean).Manage CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).Fix bugs quickly and ship weekly updates.Work directly with founder to iterate based on market feedback. Requirements3+ years experience in backend development.2+ years experience building Flutter apps.Strong experience with relational databases.Experience deploying cloud servers.Experience building admin dashboards.Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills.Ability to work independently and deliver fast.Experience building products for low‑tech users is a plus.
