Apply & track with Apply EdgeECOSAFE Training & Consultancy Services is expanding its IT solutions and is looking for a motivated Full-Stack Java Developer to join our growing team.You’ll be working on the development of a Competency Management, Assessment & Training Platform, as well as other digital solutions.🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Develop full-stack web applications using Java, Spring Boot, React or Angular
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and relational databases
- Implement authentication, authorization, roles, permissions, and workflows
- Translate business requirements into effective technical solutions
- Work on competency frameworks, assessments, scoring, gap analysis, and training functionality
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code
- Troubleshoot, test, and optimize applications
- Collaborate with the business owner and technical advisor🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in Java development
- Good knowledge of Java & Spring Boot
- Experience with React or Angular
- Understanding of REST APIs, SQL, and relational databases
- Experience with Git and modern development practices
- Basic understanding of authentication, authorization, and application security
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely⭐ Nice to Have:Experience with HR/LMS, competency or assessment systems, dashboards & reporting, Docker, CI/CD, cloud platforms, third-party APIs, or technical RFP/RFQ requirements.💡 What We’re Looking For:Someone who thinks beyond writing code, asks the right questions, takes ownership, understands the “why” behind requirements, and is eager to learn and grow with a developing IT business.
