With more than 1200 consultants across 10 countries, we combine business and IT expertise to support leading institutions in transformation projects.Our core areas:➡ Quantitative Finance➡ Risk & Compliance➡ Operations & Finance➡ Transformation & Organization➡ Information Systems.🔎 We are looking for a Full Stack Java Developer!📝 MAIN TASKSDesign, develop, and enhance web applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and propose technical solutions.Design, implement, and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures for efficient data retrieval and manipulation.Integrate applications with enterprise systems using industry-standard technologies and best practices.Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure software quality and reliability.Conduct code reviews, refactor existing code, and improve application performance.Apply coding standards and security guidelines, including static code analysis and vulnerability scanning.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and support application delivery across different environments.Collaborate daily with an international team in an Agile environment.🧩 YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLSUniversity degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.At least 3 years of Java development experience, including microservices.Strong knowledge of Java and Spring Boot; experience with Java 21 is valued.At least 2 years of frontend development experience, with hands-on knowledge of Angular and JavaScript.Proven experience with T-SQL, preferably Sybase, or a similar procedural SQL language.Experience developing and optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures.Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes; knowledge of AWS ECS is a plus.Experience with cloud-based applications and continuous delivery practices.Experience with unit and integration testing using JUnit 5 and Mockito.Knowledge of Hibernate or other ORM tools.Proficiency in Git and branching strategies, as well as Maven and Gradle.Good understanding of software design patterns and development best practices.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to collaborate in an international, multicultural team.Availability to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon.🎁 WHAT WE OFFERThis role offers a gross annual salary between 24.500€ and 47.500€, defined according to the candidate’s experience and competencies.Permanent contract (CTI).Meal allowance.Health Insurance.Extra holiday: Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve.Access to Quanteam Academy for continuous learning and certifications.Elevate Program to support professional development and career growth.Career progression plan.Ongoing follow-up and technical support provided by a Consultant Expert.
