Full Stack Lead Engineer- Backend Engineering

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Full Stack Lead with a strong Backend Engineering focus to lead the design, architecture, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications.Key ResponsibilitiesLead system design, architecture, and backend development using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.Design distributed, event-driven systems using Apache Kafka.Own REST API design, enterprise integrations, and application data flows.Remain hands-on with coding, code reviews, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.Lead engineering teams and drive technical delivery through production.Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and frontend/mobile teams.Required Skills12+ years of software engineering experience.Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.Deep experience in System Design, Software Architecture, and Distributed Systems.Hands-on Kafka and Event-Driven Architecture experience.Strong REST APIs and enterprise integrations.Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.Proven technical leadership with continued hands-on development experience.Important: This is not a pure Architect or Engineering Manager role. We need a hands-on technical lead who can design, code, guide engineers, and own end-to-end delivery.
