Full Stack Mobile Flutter Lead

We are looking for a Full Stack Mobile Flutter Lead with 9–12 years of software development experience and strong expertise in Flutter, Dart, iOS/Android, and backend technologies. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on engineering skills with technical leadership to deliver large-scale, business-critical mobile applications.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and delivery of scalable mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.Provide technical leadership across frontend and backend engineering teams.Design and integrate RESTful APIs and develop/maintain BFF or mobile backend services using Java/Scala.Drive architecture, technology evaluations, solution planning, and technical decision-making.Manage App Store and Google Play releases, deployments, and approvals.Collaborate directly with clients and stakeholders to define solutions, resolve technical challenges, and ensure successful delivery.Mentor engineers and balance hands-on development with team leadership.Evaluate emerging mobile technologies and recommend future-state solutions.Required Skills9+ years of hands-on iOS/Android application development.Strong expertise in Flutter & Dart and mobile application architecture.Experience with Java/Scala, REST APIs, JSON, and backend services.Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing skills.Experience working in Agile and cross-functional environments.Broad knowledge of mobile technologies including Native Mobile, React Native, Ionic, and Mobile Web.
