Full Stack .NET Lead

Interview Process: Video and then face-to-face interviewUnable to provide sponsorship for this role.We are seeking an experienced Full Stack .NET Lead to design, develop, and lead the delivery of scalable applications for a financial services client.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end development of enterprise applications using .NET/C#, ASP.NET Core, Web API, and React/Angular.Design scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions and provide technical leadership to the development team.Work with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, APIs, and integrations.Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, CI/CD, and engineering best practices.Troubleshoot production issues and drive continuous improvements in application performance and reliability.Required Skills8+ years of software development experience with strong expertise in C#/.NET and modern web technologies.Strong experience with ASP.NET Core, Web API, React/Angular, SQL Server, REST APIs, and Azure.Experience with microservices, cloud-based applications, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.Strong technical leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Financial services/banking experience is preferred.
