• React & FastAPI FocusEXPERIENCE - 2 – 3 YearsLOCATION - HybridROLE TYPE - Full-TimeABOUT THE ROLEWe are seeking an ambitious Full Stack Software Engineer with 2 to 3 yearsof hands-on experience who actively embraces modern AI-assisteddevelopment workflows. In this role, you will work across our entire modernweb & AI stack—building interactive user interfaces, asynchronous backendservices, and vector-backed RAG workflows.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAI-Accelerated Feature Building: Use AI coding tools (specifically Cursor,Copilot, and Claude/ChatGPT) daily to write, refactor, and test clean codeacross frontend and backend modules.Frontend Development: Build responsive, modern UI components usingReact, Vite, Tailwind CSS, and Shadcn UI following design specifications.Backend & API Engineering: Construct high-performance async REST APIsin Python using FastAPI and manage relational data with PostgreSQL.RAG & AI Workflows: Assist in implementing RAG and LLM chains usingLangChain, GPT-4o-mini, Qdrant (in-memory), and fastembed for vectorembeddings.Observability & Debugging: Utilize LangSmith tracing to monitor, debug,and refine LLM prompts and chain execution paths.Code Verification: Critically review, test, and debug all AI-assisted codebefore submitting pull requests to ensure security, accuracy, andperformance.AWS Deployment Support: Assist senior engineers in containerizing anddeploying applications to AWS infrastructure.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLSExperience Level: 2 to 3 years of hands-on professional softwaredevelopment experience in a team environment.AI Tooling Habits: Active, daily experience using Cursor (or similar AI-nativeIDEs like Windsurf), GitHub Copilot, or LLM interfaces to assist in coding,debugging, and drafting documentation.Frontend Proficiency: Good practical knowledge of modern React (hooks,state management), Vite, and styling with Tailwind CSS. Experience withcomponent libraries like Shadcn UI.Backend Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of Python and experiencedeveloping RESTful APIs with modern frameworks like FastAPI.Database Fundamentals: Proficiency with PostgreSQL, including writingclean SQL queries, schema structure, or using Python ORMs(SQLAlchemy/SQLModel).Version Control & Git: Comfortable handling standard Git workflows(branching, opening pull requests, reviewing code, and resolving mergeconflicts).Engineering Fundamentals: Strong understanding of data structures, basicAPI security, HTTP protocols, and async programming principles.NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS (BONUS POINTS)Experience configuring project rules (e.g., .cursorrules) or custom contextindexing in Cursor for team-wide consistency.Basic understanding of vector databases (Qdrant) and embedding models(fastembed / BAAI/bge-small-en-v1.5).Exposure to LLM orchestration with LangChain and tracing with LangSmith.Basic hands-on familiarity with AWS services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3) andDocker containers.Experience writing automated tests using PyTest or Jest.
