Full‑Stack Software Engineer

About usNQT is a Saudi technology company building a loyalty and rewards platform that connects merchants and customers through a single points wallet. You will work on a live product used by real merchants and customers in the Kingdom.The roleWe are hiring full stack engineers to build and own features across our backend, web portals, and mobile app. This is a high ownership role on a fintech product, so clean, secure, and correct code matters.What you will doBuild and maintain features across the backend (Java, Spring Boot) and the web portals (React, TypeScript).Work on core money flows: points, redemption, merchant settlements, and payments.Design data models and APIs with MongoDB, and help ship through Docker and CI/CD.Write tested, secure code with a strong focus on financial correctness.Take part in code reviews, architecture, and product decisions.What we look forSolid skills in React and TypeScript.Java and Spring Boot, or the ability and drive to learn them quickly.Familiarity with databases such as MongoDB.Understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and secure coding.Good Git, testing, and collaboration habits.Based in Riyadh or able to work on site.Fresh graduates and self taught developers are welcome to apply.
