Full-Stack Software Engineer

Our client, a growing healthcare technology startup, is seeking talented Full-Stack Software Engineers to build production software that powers AI-driven healthcare communications.What You’ll DoBuild, deploy, and operate full-stack features supporting AI-powered healthcare communications.Develop new products and capabilities from concept through production launch.Integrate applications with electronic health record systems, legacy healthcare platforms, and real-time voice infrastructure.Partner with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to translate customer needs into functional software.Troubleshoot production issues and improve system reliability, performance, and scalability.Contribute to architectural decisions, technical discussions, and engineering best practices.Participate in code reviews and help strengthen the organization’s evolving development processes.Balance speed, quality, security, and usability in a fast-paced startup environment.Required QualificationsTwo to six years of professional experience as a full-stack software engineer.Demonstrated success building and launching production software, including zero-to-one product development.Strong product mindset and an understanding of intuitive user experience and interface design.Solid software-engineering fundamentals and experience developing scalable applications.Proficiency with modern front-end and back-end technologies.Computer science degree or an equivalent combination of technical education and practical experience.Clear evidence of exceptional achievement, such as high-impact production work, rapid career progression, meaningful startup or scale-up experience, or standout independent projects.Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Preferred Technical ExperienceNode.jsTypeScriptReactPostgreSQLNice to HaveExperience developing products powered by large language models.Experience with real-time voice or conversational AI technologies.Experience integrating with EHRs or other healthcare technology platforms.Previous experience working in a fast-growing startup environment.Skills: software engineers,full stack engineer,technology,healthcare
