This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving real business problems through code and wants exposure to the full software development and marketing processes.Experience with tools or technologies such as React, Streamlit, Docker, GitHub, AWS, or other cloud platforms is a plus but not required.This internship provides the opportunity to work on real internal applications that support agency operations, creative teams, and client services while gaining practical software engineering experience.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and improve internal web applications and software toolsBuild and maintain front-end interfaces and back-end functionalityAssist with integrating APIs, databases, automation workflows, and third-party servicesDebug, test, and optimize existing applicationsHelp deploy and maintain applications in cloud or containerized environmentsCollaborate with internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutionsDocument code, application logic, and development processesExplore new technologies and recommend improvements to existing tools and workflowsQualificationsCurrently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related fieldExperience with one or more programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScriptPrior work experience of some kind preferredFamiliarity with web development concepts, APIs, databases, Git, and version controlInterest in full-stack development, cloud technologies, automation, and AI-enabled applicationsEagerness to learn and get integrated within an omnichannel marketing environmentAbility to learn quickly and work collaboratively with others in a fast environmentStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExpectation of being in person 15-20 hours a weekHeadquarters is located in Bentonville, Arkansas
