Hobfit serves over 500,000 users across multiple countries, supported by hundreds of doctors, dieticians, and certified coaches.About the RoleWe are looking for a Full Stack Tech Lead to own our technology end to end - from our React Native mobile apps to our CRM, web platforms, and Node.js backends. This is a hands-on role: you will write code, make architecture decisions, and set the engineering standard for the team.We are not filtering on years of experience. If you can independently own a stack this broad and bring a team along with you, we want to talk.What You Will DoOwn end-to-end technical operations across mobile, web, CRM, and backendBuild and ship React Native apps for iOS and Android, from architecture through App Store and Play Store releaseDesign, build, and scale CRM systems and internal tools that the business runs onDevelop customer-facing web applications in Next.js with strong attention to performance and SEOArchitect and maintain Node.js backend services, APIs, and database layersMentor junior developers through code reviews, pairing, and structured feedbackTranslate business requirements into technical plans, timelines, and deliveryOwn deployments, monitoring, and production reliabilityWhat We Are Looking ForStrong, demonstrable expertise in React Native, with apps shipped to production; comfortable with native modules, performance tuning, and release pipelinesHands-on experience building or heavily customizing CRM systemsA proven track record of building web applications end to endSolid Node.js backend engineering: REST or GraphQL APIs, authentication, SQL and/or NoSQL databasesProficiency in Next.js, including SSR/SSG, App Router, deployment, and optimizationExperience mentoring developers and juniors, running code reviews, and guiding technical decisionsAbility to work independently, prioritize ruthlessly, and own outcomes rather than ticketsComfortable being the most senior technical person in the roomBonus PointsExperience building LLM-powered chatbotsExperience with agentic systems, RAG pipelines, vector databases, or other AI toolingDevOps exposure: CI/CD, Docker, AWS or GCPStartup or small-team experience where you wore multiple hatsBefore You ApplyWe get a lot of blind applications, so we use a simple check.
