Full Stack Technical Lead

We are hiring a Full Stack Technical Lead to own and drive the end-to-end technology stack. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will define architecture, lead delivery, and mentor engineers while building scalable, high-performance systems.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Ownership: Lead end-to-end platform architecture and system design. Full Stack Delivery: Oversee development of backend services, APIs, and core product modules.Architecture & Scalability: Design systems for high throughput, real-time processing, and reliability.Multi-Tenant Systems: Build and manage scalable SaaS deployments and configurations.Security & Performance: Ensure strong API security, authentication, and system performance.Cloud & DevOps: Manage AWS infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation.Real-Time Infrastructure: Implement WebSockets, event-driven systems, and data pipelines.Team Leadership: Mentor engineers, enforce best practices, and drive technical excellence.Qualifications & Requirements6+ years of software engineering experience, including leadership experienceStrong expertise in Node.js/TypeScript, databases, and system designExperience building high-scale, real-time, transaction-heavy systemsHands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and cloud infrastructureStrong understanding of security, API authentication, and system reliabilityProven ability to lead, mentor, and make architectural decisionsAbout D24 FintechD24 Fintech is a global technology provider building secure, scalable, and future-ready digital solutions for modern financial operations.
