Role Overview:Full Stack Web Developer with experience in the MERN stack to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The role involves working across frontend and backend systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions.

Develop full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.jsDesign and implement RESTful APIsBuild responsive user interfaces using React.js and Next.jsWork with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQLOptimize application performance and scalabilityCollaborate with product, design, and development teamsManage code versioning using GitUse Docker for containerizationDeploy and manage applications on Azure and Google CloudImplement CI/CD pipelines for automated build and deploymentIntegrate and manage caching solutions using Redis

Required Skills

Atleast 4–6 years of professional experience in full-stack web development, with hands-on expertise in the MERN stack and cloud deployment.Proficiency in MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js)Experience with PostgreSQL and/or MySQLStrong knowledge of REST API developmentExperience with Next.jsExperience in deploying and managing applications on Azure or Google CloudFamiliarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructureExperience with Redis or similar caching technologiesKnowledge of SQL and NoSQL database designUnderstanding of frontend performance and responsive designStrong problem-solving and debugging skillsPreferred Skills:Experience in fast-paced environmentsKnowledge of UI/UX best practicesExperience with performance monitoring toolsUnderstanding of scalable or microservices architectureSoft Skills:Strong communication skillsAbility to work in a team environmentAttention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities
