Employment Type: Full-timeWork Mode: Work from OfficeKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, manage, and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases.Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control.Develop asynchronous processing workflows using Celery, Redis, or RabbitMQ.Build interactive dashboards, data grids, charts, and real-time application features.Optimize application performance, API response times, and database queries.Containerize applications using Docker and support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in code reviews.Required Skills2–4 years of relevant experience in Full Stack Development or Python Development.Strong hands-on experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask.Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications.Proficiency in React.js or Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.Experience with PostgreSQL/MySQL and MongoDB/Redis.Familiarity with Celery or message queues for asynchronous processing.Working knowledge of Docker, Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.Understanding of web security fundamentals and OWASP risks.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Good to HaveExperience with large datasets, virtualized tables, or AG Grid.Knowledge of WebSockets and real-time updates.Familiarity with PyTest, Jest, or Playwright.Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Experience with Chart.js, Plotly, or D3.js.Knowledge of application monitoring and performance optimization.Interest in AI/ML or Generative AI.
