Full-Time App Development InternCompany: IITianCraftPosition: App Development InternType: Full-Time | RemoteExperience: Minimum 1 YearStipend: ₹10,000/month + Performance-Based IncentivesAbout the RoleWe are looking for a passionate and experienced App Developer to join our team and work closely on our real-world projects.This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who has practical experience in mobile app development and is capable of building, integrating, testing, and maintaining applications for both Android and iOS.The selected candidate will work closely with the development and product teams and take ownership of assigned app modules and features.📱 Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, maintain, and improve mobile applications for Android and iOS.Build cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.Develop and integrate new app features based on project requirements.Integrate REST APIs and third-party APIs.Work with backend services and databases.Integrate and work with Google Maps APIs and location-based features.Implement Firebase services and integrations where required.Integrate MinIO or other cloud/object storage services for file and media handling.Debug, test, and resolve application issues across Android and iOS.Optimize app performance, responsiveness, and overall user experience.Work with Node.js/Express.js backend APIs when required.Participate in API testing, deployment, and production releases.Use Git/GitHub for version control and collaborative development.Take ownership of assigned modules and deliver tasks within deadlines.Collaborate with the design, web, backend, and business teams.🛠️ Required Technical SkillsMinimum 1 year of practical experience in mobile/app development.Strong experience with React Native.Good understanding of JavaScript / TypeScript.Experience developing applications for both Android and iOS.Understanding of Android and iOS app build, testing, and deployment processes.Experience working with Node.js and Express.js.Good understanding of REST APIs and API integration.Experience with PostgreSQL and database integration.Experience with Firebase.Experience with Google Maps API and location-based services.Experience with Docker and containerized development.Familiarity with MinIO or S3-compatible object storage.Familiarity with Git/GitHub.Understanding of authentication, authorization, and secure API communication.Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.⭐ Good to HaveExperience publishing apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.Experience with push notifications.Experience with Firebase Authentication and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).Experience with GPS, live location, maps, markers, routes, and geolocation.Experience with app permissions and background location services.Experience with payment gateway integration.Experience with app performance optimization.Understanding of CI/CD and automated app builds.Experience working with production applications.⭐ What We’re Looking ForSomeone who can actually build and ship apps, not just learn.Strong practical knowledge of React Native.Ability to work on both Android and iOS platforms.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to understand requirements and convert them into working features.Willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks.Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems independently.Ability to learn new technologies quickly.Strong attention to detail.Commitment to working full-time on the project.💰 Stipend & Incentives₹10,000/month fixed stipendAlong with the fixed stipend, performance-based incentives will be provided based on:Quality of developmentTimely delivery of assigned tasksPerformance and productivitySuccessful feature implementationBug fixing and application stabilityContribution to project development and growth📈 Growth OpportunityThis role provides an opportunity to work on a real-world mobile application from development to testing and deployment.You will gain hands-on experience working with modern technologies including React Native, Node.js, Express.js, PostgreSQL, Firebase, Google Maps API, Docker, MinIO, and REST APIs.High-performing candidates may be considered for long-term opportunities / full-time roles based on performance and business requirements.📩 How to ApplyInterested candidates can share their CV/Resume along with GitHub, portfolio, and links to apps/projects they have previously developed.Candidates are strongly encouraged to share live Android/iOS applications or project demonstrations.Only candidates with minimum 1 year of relevant practical experience should apply.
