Branch Manager – RiyadhLongevity Wellness Hub | Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaLongevity Wellness Hub is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our Riyadh location across people, operations, client experience and commercial performance.We are looking for someone who can lead a team, build a strong culture and take genuine ownership of the branch — while representing the level of care, professionalism and integrity our brand stands for.Key Responsibilities* Lead, support and develop the Riyadh team* Build a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture* Take ownership of daily branch operations and overall performance* Drive revenue, memberships, packages, retention and branch growth* Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable with fairness and consistency* Maintain an exceptional standard of client care and experience* Oversee staff scheduling, performance and day-to-day coordination* Monitor leads, conversions, client follow-ups and sales performance* Work closely with coaches, therapists, practitioners and front-of-house* Resolve team, operational and client matters professionally and constructively* Maintain the highest standards across the facility and customer journey* Report on branch performance, KPIs, revenue and operational priorities to senior managementWho We Are Looking For* Proven management experience within wellness, fitness, hospitality, healthcare or another premium service environment* A strong people leader who knows how to bring out the best in a team* Commercially driven and confident working toward revenue and performance targets* Emotionally intelligent, approachable and able to communicate with different personalities* High level of integrity, professionalism and personal accountability* Leads by example rather than simply giving instructions* Able to have difficult conversations respectfully and constructively* Genuinely cares about people, both clients and team members* Highly organised, proactive and solutions-focused* Comfortable taking responsibility and making decisions* Excellent communication skills* Fluent English required; Arabic is a strong advantage* Experience within the Saudi market is highly preferredThe PersonCharacter matters as much as capability.We want a manager who is commercially strong and operationally capable, but equally someone who is a good human being and a strong leader of people.Someone who listens.
