Full-Time Developer / Technical Operator / AI Automation Specialist

We are looking for a full-time Developer / Technical Operator to support a wide range of technical work across our businesses.This is an A to Z technical role. You should be comfortable working across software, AI tools, automation, Linux servers, web servers, hardware, internal platforms, and day-to-day technical problem solving.The role will involve supporting our landlord platform, maintenance software platform, automation projects, outreach systems, AI projects, websites, servers, and general technical operations.Responsibilities:- Build, improve, and maintain web platforms and internal tools- Work on landlord, maintenance, and operations software- Manage Linux servers, web servers, hosting, DNS, domains, backups, and deployments- Help with hardware setup, troubleshooting, networking, and device configuration- Create automations using AI tools, APIs, scripts, and no-code/low-code platforms- Build and improve outreach systems, lead workflows, CRMs, and dashboards- Work with databases, forms, admin panels, integrations, and third-party tools- Debug technical issues across software, servers, and hardware- Research, test, and implement AI tools and new technical solutions- Document systems, workflows, and fixes clearly- Take ownership of technical tasks and reduce pressure from the founderRequirements:- Strong general programming ability- Comfortable with Linux, web servers, hosting, and basic system administration- Experience with websites, APIs, databases, scripts, and integrations- Practical hardware and troubleshooting skills- Strong AI power-user skills- Able to learn new tools quickly- Reliable, organised, and able to work full time- Comfortable handling varied technical tasks without needing everything predefinedNice to have:- Experience with SaaS platforms- Experience with property, landlord, or maintenance software- Experience with outreach automation, scraping, CRM tools, or AI agents- Frontend and backend development experience- Experience with networking, backups, security, and deployment workflowsThis is a full-time role for someone technical, practical, and independent who can handle a broad range of work from software development to servers, hardware, automation, and AI systems.
