They come to us for structure, expertise and results, and we deliver that through a system we call the Crux Method.We're opening our second club in Milton, so we need exceptional people to grow with us.What this role actually looks likeRoughly 70% coaching, 30% operations.Your week is built around sessions. Outside of those, you're running discovery calls, managing your pipeline, completing assessments and sales consultations, contributing to content and staying close to the team.On the operations side, you hold the standard. That means scheduling, meeting agendas, pipeline reporting and keeping the team accountable to outcomes.A typical week looks something like this:
- Sessions and assessments: coaching and intake consultations
- Sales pipeline: following up leads, running discovery calls and onboarding new clients
- Team accountability: weekly check-ins, task follow-through and reporting to the founders
- Content: showing up for the brand where it makes sense
- Admin: reports, scheduling and team commsThe 90-day onboardingA structured 90-day ramp walks you through the Crux Method: our programming philosophy, our client experience standards and the way we operate. For the right person, it can move faster.You'll build your client load progressively. By day 90, you're running at full capacity with full confidence in how to execute the role.What you're responsible for
- Delivering private (1:1) and semi-private (3:1) coaching sessions to a premium standard
- Running consultations and onboarding new clients
- Managing the sales pipeline and reporting on activity
- Scheduling the team and running weekly agendas
- Keeping the team accountable to tasks and outcomes
- Contributing to content and the brand where relevantWho you areYou know what great looks like and you hold yourself to it.You've also picked up a phone and sold something. You've run a meeting, set a standard and followed up when someone dropped the ball. You don't wait to be told what to do next.You might be:
- An experienced personal trainer or strength coach who has operated beyond sessions
- An Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a track record of growing and retaining clients

Qualifications
