Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Full-Time Faculty member specializing in IT & Business Management, based in Riyadh, KSA. The faculty member will be responsible for designing, delivering, and updating IT and Business Management curricula, conducting lectures and workshops, and mentoring students. The role involves creating academic assessments, staying updated on advancements in technology and business practices, and participating in institutional events, research activities, and collaborative projects. Faculty members will also work closely with industry partners to align courses with global employment trends.QualificationsExpertise in Information Technology and Computer Science OR FinanceStrong Analytical Skills and experience in Cybersecurity OR FinanceProficiency in Curriculum Development, with a focus on real-world applicationsEffective communication and mentoring skillsMinimum of a Master's degree in IT, Business Management, or a related field; a Ph.D. is preferredProven teaching or training experience in higher education or professional programsFamiliarity with global qualification frameworks and international education standardsCommitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative learning environment
