This on-site role, based in Bletchingley, includes managing correspondence, maintaining records and databases, preparing auction documentation, and coordinating schedules and appointments. The Office Administrator will greet and assist clients, handle incoming calls and emails, and support the cataloguing and auction preparation process with accurate data entry and filing. The role also involves managing office supplies, liaising with external service providers, and assisting colleagues with general office tasks to uphold an organized and professional working environment.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Office Administration and Administrative Assistance skills, including scheduling, record-keeping, and document management.Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and external partners.Candidates should possess practical experience with Office Equipment, including printers, scanners, telephones, and basic IT tools.Candidates should possess good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy office setting.Proficiency with common office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing) and comfort learning internal systems is beneficial.Prior experience in an auction house, fine art, or professional services environment is advantageous but not required.A relevant administrative or business qualification, or equivalent work experience, is preferred.
