Full-Time Operations and Admin Executive

The ideal candidate Pickle Padel Movement is looking for a Full-Time Operations & Admin Executive to support the smooth day-to-day running of our club. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, people-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced sports, hospitality, and administrative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the club’s day-to-day administrative and operational activities.Create and Manage bookings and scheduling through our PPM system. Help answer customer enquiries and provide general member support (WhatsApp or other messaging platforms).Coordinate with coaches, staff, external partners and vendors.Assist with membership administration, payments, invoices and basic reporting.Support the planning and execution of events, tournaments, clinics and club activities.Maintain accurate records, documents and operational information.Monitor club facilities, equipment and supplies, and coordinate maintenance when required.Assist with other administrative tasks where needed.Ensure members and visitors receive a friendly and professional experience.Identify operational issues and assist in finding practical solutions.RequirementsPrevious experience of ideally 2–3 years in operations, administration, customer service or hospitality is required.Strong organisational and time-management skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Comfortable using Google Workspace / Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems.Detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently.Positive, proactive and hands-on attitude.Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in a sports club environment and interacting with members.Interest in pickleball, padel or sports is an advantage.What We OfferFull-time position with opportunities to grow within the club.Dynamic and social working environment.Opportunity to be part of the growing pickleball and padel community in Singapore.Staff benefits and opportunities to participate in club activities.
