Full-Time Remote Graphic & UI/UX Designer

About Us: Altaqadum Almustamer IT Consultancy is a premier technology firm based in Dubai, UAE, specializing in integrated software solutions, business automation, and custom Zoho CRM/ERP implementations. We are expanding our remote creative team to support our high-impact marketing and web operations! Job Summary: We are looking for a highly talented and fast Remote Graphic & UI/UX Designer to join us on a permanent, full-time basis. You will work closely with our Dubai-based operations team to design premium digital assets, corporate service packages, website UI layout graphics, PDF proposals, and continuous social media templates for our automated Zoho Social campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Design modern, sleek visual layouts for our business automation and CRM service packages. - Create professional corporate PDF presentations, sales decks, and client proposals. - Design clean UI/UX elements, banners, and icons for our official company website. - Develop engaging, high-impact social media assets (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) to feed our active posting schedules. - Maintain consistency with the company's premium tech-forward brand identity and colors. Salary Structure & Probation Period: To protect company resources and ensure a perfect fit, we implement a strict 1-month probation protocol: - 1st Month (Probation Period): $80 - $100 USD (Testing phase for speed, commitment, and quality). - 2nd Month Onwards (Permanent Remote Contract): $150 - $200 USD Monthly (Based strictly on your probation performance, design velocity, and reliability). Requirements: - Proven professional experience as a Graphic / UI-UX Designer (IT or agency background is a major plus). - Mastery of design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), or Canva Pro. - A strong, modern online portfolio (Behance, Dribbble, or personal website) showcasing corporate tech designs is MANDATORY. - High speed of execution and strict adherence to creative deadlines. - Excellent communication skills and willingness to learn tech product concepts.
