Full-Time Sales Associate – Portland Gear PDXPortland Gear is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Full-Time Sales Associate to join our team at Portland International Airport!Pay: $18.00 Hours: Approximately 32–40 hours per week Store Hours: 6:00 a.m.–8:00 p.m.What You’ll Do:Create a welcoming and genuine experience for every customerProvide product recommendations and help customers find what they needWork toward store sales goals through thoughtful add-ons and cross-sellingProcess purchases, returns, exchanges, and warrantiesRestock products and keep the sales floor and backroom organizedAssist with inventory, shipments, merchandising, and store upkeepWhat We’re Looking For:Friendly, reliable, and comfortable connecting with customersStrong communication and teamwork skillsPrevious retail or customer-service experience is preferredFlexible availability to work a variety of opening, mid, and closing shiftsAvailability on weekends and holidays as neededIf you enjoy working with people and want to represent a local Portland brand for travelers from around the world, we’d love to hear from you!
