I CAN READ Indonesia emphasizes a supportive and engaging learning environment to help students build confidence and competence in English.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Teacher role based in BSD City. The Teacher will deliver English language and literacy lessons to students across a range of ages, following the I CAN READ curriculum and teaching methodologies. Daily responsibilities include planning and preparing lessons, teaching classes, assessing student progress, and providing constructive feedback. The Teacher will also communicate regularly with parents or guardians, maintain accurate records, and participate in training and meetings to support continuous improvement in teaching practices.QualificationsStrong Teaching and Education skills, with experience working with children and adolescents.Ability in Lesson Planning and Training to design and deliver structured, engaging lessons.Excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, colleagues, and parents or guardians.Proficiency in English language, both spoken and written.Relevant academic background in Education, English, or a related field.Demonstrated patience, adaptability, and a learner-centered approach to teaching.Previous experience in classroom management or language instruction is an advantage.
