We're looking for someone to see clients in-office at least 4 days per week. You'll provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate client records, along with light administrative tasks (charting, invoicing, client communication).Compensation & Employment Type$100,000-$120,000/year, based on caseload (80-100 client hours monthly)1099 independent contractorWhat We OfferFully furnished private office in an established Gilbert medical plazaFlexible hours (2–3 evenings and a half-day Saturday or every other Saturday preferred, for couples & family availability)Clients provided — no sales & minimal marketing required (private-pay caseloads typically take 3-6 months to build; training on caseload growth and client retention provided.) Marketing efforts required include compensated quarterly team social media shoots, 2x/year staff meeting presentations with a Youtube recording, and optional blogs/groups/workshopsAdministrative support for scheduling and paperworkEHR subscription, Psychology Today membership, HIPAA compliant check in system, and business cards includedCommunity space for small groups and workshopsTraining and group consultation in Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), including supervision toward certificationAnnual CE stipend after eligibility criteria are metComplimentary naturopathic visits, acupuncture with PEMF/infrared therapy, and other discounted supplements and treatments after eligibility criteria are metA collaborative team culture centered on personal growth, relational healing, and whole-person wellnessMinimum QualificationsLicensed Therapist or soon-to-be Licensed Associate Therapist in Arizona (LMFT or LAMFT preferred)Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or related fieldExperience providing individual and couples therapy (family experience a plus)Strong communication, assessment, and treatment planning skillsComfortable with technology, including EHR software, Google products, and telehealth platformsPreferred Qualifications3+ years of client experienceAdvanced training or certification in EFT, IFS, EMDR, Brainspotting, or similar modalitiesExperience with couples therapy specifically (EFT, Gottman, RLT, etc.)Interest in naturopathic healthcare and integrative approaches (training provided)Our Hiring ProcessAfter applying, candidates who are a potential fit will be contacted for an initial conversation, followed by an in-person interview and consultation with our clinical team.
