The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in React, .NET, and SQL, along with proven experience in leading and managing a development team.The candidate will be responsible for technical ownership, solution design, code quality, team mentoring, and delivering scalable applications while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of developers, ensuring timely delivery of projects and tasks.Provide technical guidance, mentoring, and support to team members.Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and .NET.Develop and optimize backend services, APIs, and business logic using .NET / ASP.NET Core.Work extensively with SQL Server, including database design, complex queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.Review code and ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and development guidelines.Participate in architecture and technical discussions and contribute to technology decisions.Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.Coordinate with Product, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.Conduct technical discussions, task allocation, code reviews, and performance feedback for team members.Ensure project deliverables meet quality, performance, and scalability requirements.Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.Required SkillsTechnical Skills6.5+ years of experience in full-stack development.Strong hands-on experience with React.js.Strong experience in .NET / ASP.NET Core.Strong knowledge of SQL Server and database concepts.Good understanding of REST APIs and web services.Strong understanding of frontend and backend architecture.Experience with debugging, performance optimization, and application scalability.Good understanding of Git/version control.Leadership & Team Handling – MandatoryProven experience in handling and leading a development team is a MUST.Ability to assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.Strong mentoring and technical leadership skills.Experience conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance.Ability to resolve team-level technical challenges and coordinate with stakeholders.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.Experience in enterprise application development.Exposure to CI/CD, cloud platforms, or DevOps practices will be an added advantage.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Skills: asp.net,sql,team handling,.net,react
