Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout The RoleWe are looking for an experienced and hands-on Lead Full Stack Developer with 7+ years of experience in building scalable web applications using Node.js, React.js, and databases.The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise along with proven team-handling and leadership experience.

You will be responsible for guiding the development team, driving technical decisions, ensuring code quality, and delivering projects within defined timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of Full Stack Developers and ensure effective task allocation and delivery.Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and React.js.Work extensively with databases and ensure efficient database design, queries, and performance.Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.Review code, establish coding standards, and ensure best development practices.Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.Collaborate with Product, QA, UI/UX, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.Monitor project progress, identify technical challenges, and provide timely solutions.Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing systems.Required Skills & Experience7+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.Strong hands-on experience with Node.js.Strong hands-on experience with React.js.Strong experience working with databases such as MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.Experience in developing and consuming REST APIs.Good understanding of frontend and backend architecture.Experience with Git/version control systems.Proven team-handling/team-leadership experience is mandatory.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Leadership ExpectationsAbility to manage and mentor developers.Strong ownership of technical deliverables.Ability to delegate tasks and monitor team performance.Capability to conduct technical discussions and code reviews.Ability to make sound technical decisions and resolve development challenges.Strong coordination skills with cross-functional teams.PreferredExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP.Experience with Docker or CI/CD pipelines.Knowledge of microservices architecture.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Skills: sql,databases,team handling,react.js,node.js
