Fullstack .Net Developer [English fluent - Offer upto 55M]

About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Software Engineer / Team Lead to join our Core Engineering team, building and maintaining a platform supporting KYC and investigation products.This is a hands-on leadership role where you will lead a small team of junior engineers while staying deeply involved in software development, architecture, production systems, and end-to-end delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn software initiatives end-to-end, from requirement clarification and technical design to development, release, and production operation.Lead and mentor junior engineers: define direction, break down tasks, estimate effort, unblock issues, and support onboarding.Develop and maintain production applications using C# / .NET Core, TypeScript, and React.Design scalable systems and work with the Architecture team to improve performance and reduce technical debt.Work with event-driven architecture, queues, and asynchronous processing.Take ownership of production quality including testing, observability, security, CI/CD, and incident resolution.Conduct code reviews and drive engineering quality and efficiency.Apply approved AI coding/agentic tools such as Claude Code across the software development lifecycle.Maintain technical documentation and contribute to Agile team activities.Requirements5–7 years of professional software development experience.Strong hands-on experience with C# / .NET Core and TypeScript / React.Solid experience with MS SQL Server and relational database design.Experience with event-driven systems, message queues, and asynchronous processing.Experience with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation.Strong understanding of software architecture, data structures, and algorithms.Proven experience delivering major initiatives from scoping to production.Good understanding of testing, observability, security, and CI/CD.Comfortable working with and improving existing codebases.Strong communication skills with the ability to mentor and collaborate effectively.BenefitsSalary will be based on your expectations, performances in the interviewing roundReview salary 1-2 times/year, with the possibility of an unexpected salary rise based on capacity an infinite number of times per yearPolicy for 13th-Month Salary Bonus and Holiday Bonuses According to Company Regulations.Holiday travel mode (package 5-7 million/person), team building,...Full participation in social insurance, as well as a yearly health checkup at a reputable hospital.Comprehensive visit policy for personnel and relatives: birthday, marriage, childbirth, illness, etc.The football club, cycling car, badminton, ... are just a few of the sports and cultural activities available.Allowance for classes and training awards: Learning Star of the Month,A chance to be the face of the year's study, the royalties...If you are looking for a new Job, please do not hesitate to contact to me via:Mail: quoctp@vmogroup.comPhone/ Call/ Zalo: 0386710976
