The organization is driven by a long-term academic vision inspired by the legacy of leading global universities.Role Description The Fulltime German Trainer will deliver high-quality German language instruction to learners at various proficiency levels in an on-site setting in Mumbai. Responsibilities include planning and conducting engaging classroom sessions, developing and updating curriculum and lesson plans, and integrating language arts skills such as reading, writing, speaking, and listening into daily teaching. The trainer will assess learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain accurate records of performance and attendance. Additional duties include collaborating with academic teams on course design, contributing to learning materials, and participating in training or workshops to enhance teaching practices.Qualifications Strong expertise in Teaching and handling Middle School or similar learner groups, with the ability to manage diverse classroom dynamics.Proficiency in Curriculum Development, including lesson planning, course structuring, and alignment with learning objectives.Solid foundation in Language Arts, particularly reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in German.Excellent Communication skills for clear instruction, feedback, and collaboration with learners and colleagues.Advanced proficiency in German (preferably C1 or above) with strong grammatical and conversational command.Bachelor’s degree in German, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; teaching certifications in German language are an advantage.Previous experience as a language trainer or school/college instructor, preferably in an Edtech or academic environment.Ability to use digital tools and learning platforms to support classroom teaching and learner engagement.Strong organizational skills, patience, and a learner-centric approach to teaching.
