Qualifications

Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree with a specialization inNeurologyBoard certification in Neurology.Valid medical license to practice in the relevant states.Licenses in CA, FL, AL, IL, IA, KS, LA, MN, OK, SD, WI, and TX are a plus

Preferred Qualifications
