Functional Analyst

One Federal Solution is seeking an experienced Functional Analyst to provide Tier 2 application support, systems analysis, testing, and functional expertise for Momentum (UFMS) and FIRST system applications. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, experience working with end users and development teams, and a solid understanding of federal financial management systems.The Functional Analyst will support application operations, enhancements, testing, documentation, and specialized functional areas while working closely with customers, users, and technical teams to identify issues and deliver effective solutions.Primary Job DutiesIndividual will serve and provide Tier 2 Helpdesk Analytic support for Momentum (UFMS) and FIRST system applications - extensive troubleshooting of user issues, communicating resolutions, trends etcProvides specialized support & expertise in the areas of Vendor Management, Security/User access, and G-invoicingCandidate will be responsible for System and Regression Testing of the UFMS and FIRST appsServe as a Systems analyst for FIRST enhancements (requirements analysis, working with customers and developers, testing)Candidate will update user documentationJob RequirementsCandidate must have prior experience with Momentum (UFMS) and FIRSTBachelor's Degree is required5+ years of progressive work experience is requiredAbout One Federal Solution:One Federal Solution (OFS) is an innovative Professional Services provider with over 20 years of experience supporting Defense and Civilian agencies.
