Applicants can expect to work in a fast-growing environment focused on transforming how fashion businesses operate.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Functional and Implementation Consultant located in Faridabad. The consultant will work closely with fashion and apparel customers to understand business processes, gather requirements, and map them to BlueKaktus solutions. Daily activities include configuring ERP, MES, and supply chain modules, preparing and executing implementation plans, conducting functional testing, and supporting data migration. The role involves delivering user training, creating documentation, and providing post-go-live support to ensure smooth adoption and continuous improvement. The consultant will collaborate with product, technical, and customer success teams to resolve issues, optimize system usage, and contribute feedback for product enhancements.Qualifications Strong functional understanding of ERP, MES, and/or supply chain processes in manufacturing or fashion and apparel domains.Experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration of enterprise software.Skills in implementation activities, including testing, data migration, user training, and go-live support.Proficiency with documentation, presentation, and communication tools to create clear user guides and client-facing materials.Ability to manage multiple projects or client engagements, prioritize tasks, and meet timelines with attention to detail.Collaborative mindset with strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills in cross-functional environments.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field; experience in fashion or apparel industry is an advantage.Comfort working on-site in Faridabad with clients and internal teams; willingness to travel to customer locations when required.
