You will play a crucial role in guiding stakeholders through the implementation of advanced systems and processes. Job Description Pre-SalesAnalyze prospective clients’ articulated needs and CAMU’s current functionalities to provide a clear picture of how CAMU can address pain pointsConduct technical demonstrations that showcase the features and benefits of CAMUCollaborate with the product management team to gain in-depth knowledge of your products and services, including user behavior and potential changes that customers would like to see                                          ImplementationCo-create project implementation timelinesFacilitate requirements-gathering sessionsDocument client’s business requirement and provided clarity to the product development team as neededConducted regression tests on enhancements delivered to ensure that delivered functionality works as expected, without any bugsConduct user training for system usersProvide guidance on how to configure the system, ensuring it addresses client’s needs and improves business operations SupportProvide post-implementation support to clients by answering queries, troubleshooting issues, and facilitating resolution to issues encountered Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information System, Information Technology or related field.Minimum 1 years of experience as Functional Consultant.Experience in the Education Sector is highly preferred.Excellent in English speaking and writing.Strong analytical and proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems and provide a suited solution for clients.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with diverse people such as clients, developers, quality assurances, subject matter experts, and architects.
