New Requirement – Senior Blue Yonder TMS Functional Consultant

Location: Austin, TX or Santa Clara, CA12+ Months Contract Role: Senior Blue Yonder Transportation Management (TMS) Functional ConsultantWe are looking for a senior-level Blue Yonder TMS Functional Consultant with strong hands-on functional expertise and proven end-to-end implementation experience.This is strictly a Functional role.

We are NOT looking for a technical/development candidate.Mandatory RequirementsExtensive functional experience with Blue Yonder Transportation Management (TMS)Must have completed at least one or more full end-to-end Blue Yonder TMS implementationsStrong experience across the complete implementation lifecycle: requirements gathering, process design, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, deployment/go-live, and post-go-live supportDeep functional knowledge of transportation planning, load planning, routing, carrier management, shipment execution, freight rating, tendering, and settlementAbility to conduct workshops with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into Blue Yonder TMS functional solutionsStrong experience with gap analysis, functional design, configuration, test scenarios, UAT, and business process optimizationExperience working directly with transportation, logistics, supply chain, and business teamsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsManufacturing/high-tech/semiconductor supply chain experience is highly preferredImportant: Candidates whose experience is primarily development, integrations, APIs, coding, or technical architecture will not be considered. We need a senior functional SME who has personally participated in complete Blue Yonder TMS implementations.
