Functional Consultant

We are looking for a Functional Consultant to join our team in Kuwait.The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, technical issues, feature requests, and general product support.Conduct product demonstrations and client training sessions, tailoring presentations to client requirements.Manage the client onboarding process, including implementation, data integration where required, and user adoption.Manage client accounts, including contract renewals, upselling opportunities, customer satisfaction, and retention.Collaborate with the product development team to communicate client feedback and support product improvements.Handle solution configuration and administration for clients.Prepare client presentations for feedback, awareness, and employee engagement sessions as required.Conduct regular QA checks to ensure product functionality, accuracy, and user experience.Research industry best practices, emerging trends, and relevant developments to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar functional consulting, product support, or client-facing role.Bilingual in English and Arabic.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Strong research and analytical skills.Proactive approach with a problem-solving mindset.Ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
