Functional Consultant (HIS or RCM) - Immediate joiners preferred

Cielo Talent is working with an established client in the healthcare and hospital network space, going through an expansion across the Middle East. They are looking for 1 HIS Functional Consultant and 1 RCM Functional Consultant, preferably who can start immediately.HIS FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANTStrategic ResponsibilitiesContribute to the adaptation of clinical workflows in line with the Group standardsEnsure compliance with KSA healthcare regulationsSupport the HIS roadmap and participate in system upgrades and enhancementsOperational ResponsibilitiesConfigure clinical modules (admission, patient records, pharmacy, laboratory, etc)Provide functional support to medical teams and end usersTroubleshoot HIS-related issues and coordinate with technical teamsConduct testing, validation, and version upgradesDocument clinical workflows and functional specificationsManagement & ReportingMonitor HIS KPIs (user adoption, incident rates, SLA performance)Train key users and support hospital sitesCoordinate with ERP, interop, and RCM teamsKey SkillsStrong understanding of hospital workflowsFunctional analysis & documentationUser support and training capabilitiesAttention to detail and configuration qualityPolyvalence across multiple HIS/ERP modules (preferred)EducationBachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Biomedical Engineering, or related fieldExperience3–6 years working on hospital information systemsHealthcare experience requiredRCM FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANTStrategic ResponsibilitiesSupport standardization of Revenue Cycle processes across entitiesEnsure alignment between clinical activity and billing processesContribute to revenue assurance and cash optimization initiativesEnsure compliance with NPHIES and KSA coding standardsOperational ResponsibilitiesGather RCM requirements (admission, coding, billing, claims, collection)Translate requirements into functional system configurationsSupport testing, go-live, and operational supportManage functional incidents and improvement requestsCoordinate with finance and operations teamsMonitor denials, NPHIES errors, and conduct root-cause analysisManagement & ReportingTrack RCM KPIs (DSO, clean claim rate, rejection rate)Recommend actions to reduce denials and improve financial performanceKey SkillsStrong understanding of RCM workflowsPolyvalence across multiple RCM systems (HIS, ERP, SaaS)Experience3–6 years in RCM or healthcare billing systemsStrong understanding of healthcare revenue flowsAnalytical mindset with attention to detail
