The practitioner will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including detailed medical histories, lifestyle evaluations, and diagnostic testing, to identify underlying causes of health concerns. Responsibilities include developing individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans that integrate nutrition, lifestyle modification, stress management, and appropriate medical interventions. The role involves ongoing patient follow-up, monitoring progress, adjusting care plans, and documenting all interactions in accordance with local regulatory and clinic standards. The practitioner will collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, educate patients on preventive health strategies, and contribute to service quality improvement initiatives aligned with HQHC’s healthcare consultancy practices.Qualifications Clinical expertise in functional medicine, integrative medicine, or holistic healthcare, with strong skills in comprehensive patient assessment and personalized care planning.Proficiency in evidence-based nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and behavioral change strategies to support chronic disease management and preventive health.Solid understanding of diagnostic testing, interpretation of laboratory results, and application of clinical guidelines relevant to functional medicine practice.Knowledge of Dubai and UAE healthcare regulations and licensing frameworks (e.g., DHA, MOH, HAAD, DHCC), or willingness to learn and comply with these standards.Excellent communication, active listening, and patient education skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.Strong record-keeping, organization, and time-management abilities to maintain accurate documentation and manage a full-time patient schedule.Relevant medical degree (e.g., MD, DO, MBBS, or equivalent) with recognized licensure or eligibility for licensure in Dubai; formal training or certification in functional or integrative medicine is highly desirable.Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, ethical practice, and delivering inclusive, non-discriminatory care to diverse patient populations.
