It is a small, hands-on team offering significant ownership and visibility to the right candidate — this is a role where your decisions and relationships directly shape fund outcomes, not one function among many in a large hierarchy. The client's identity will be shared with shortlisted candidates at a later stage of the process.Position OverviewWe are seeking a Fund Manager (associate/ manager level) to take ownership of day-to-day fund operations, investment execution, and portfolio monitoring across PE and Real Estate strategies. This is a hands-on, high-visibility role suited to an ambitious investment professional ready to step into a broader mandate — covering deal evaluation, capital deployment, investor reporting, and governance — within a lean, entrepreneurial team.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and help lead fund investments end-to-end: evaluating deals, coordinating execution, and monitoring portfolio performanceManage day-to-day fund operations, including capital calls, distributions, and lifecycle administrationContribute to the development and execution of exit strategies for portfolio investmentsEnsure investments remain aligned with fund mandates, investor objectives, and risk parametersCoordinate due diligence processes, working closely with legal, advisory, and regulatory counterpartsPrepare investor reporting on fund performance, pipeline, and strategySupport compliance with DFSA and internal governance requirementsProvide market research and analysis to inform investment decisionsAssist in preparing offering documents for new fund launchesWork closely with senior leadership to align fund activity with investor expectations and growth plansCandidate Profile6–10 years of direct experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, and/or Real Estate funds (closed-end/private capital structures — this is not a public markets, listed equities, or mutual fund role)Hands-on exposure to deal sourcing/evaluation, due diligence, and portfolio monitoring on unlisted assetsFamiliarity with capital call/distribution mechanics, LP reporting, and fund governanceComfortable operating independently in a small, entrepreneurial team without heavy structure or support staffStrong analytical and communication skills; confident engaging directly with investors and senior stakeholdersArabic fluency required; English fluency essentialCFA (or progress toward) a plus, not a requirementPrior exposure to DIFC/ADGM or another regulated fund jurisdiction is an advantage but not essentialWhat's on OfferA genuinely broad, ownership-level mandate at an early stage of your fund management careerDirect exposure to fund strategy, investor relationships, and governance — experience typically reserved for much more senior hires at larger platformsTax-free compensation in Dubai, competitive against MENA-market alternativesA clear path to grow into a formally registered fund management role as the platform scales
