Fund Manager

About the RoleWe are seeking an analytical and growth-oriented Fund Manager to join our client's dynamic investment firm. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the lifecycle of fund operations, evaluating potential early-to-growth stage investment opportunities, conducting financial modeling, and managing portfolio company performance to maximize investor returns.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestment Screening & Analysis: Source, evaluate, and perform due diligence on new investment opportunities aligned with the firm's fund mandates.Financial Modeling & Valuation: Build comprehensive financial models, valuation frameworks, and scenario analyses for prospective and existing investments.Portfolio Management: Track performance, KPIs, and operational progress across portfolio companies, providing strategic support and preparing regular reports for limited partners (LPs).Fund Operations & Compliance: Assist in managing capital calls, distributions, fund drawdowns, and ensuring compliance with regional regulatory standards (DFSA/FSRA).Deal Structuring & Execution: Support senior leadership in drafting term sheets, negotiating transaction terms, and preparing Investment Committee memos.Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Minimum 4 years of experience in venture capital, private equity, asset management, or corporate finance/M&A within the GCC or international markets.Education & Certification: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
