Fund Manager - Real Estate

A leading regional investment firm is looking for a Real Estate Fund Manager to lead and grow its Real Estate Funds platform based in Dammam. Reporting to the CIO, this is a high-impact, senior role at the heart of the firm's alternative investment strategy — shaping fund strategy, driving portfolio performance, and building investor relationships across a growing real estate investment platform.In this role, you'll develop and expand the firm's Real Estate Funds strategy and platform, identifying opportunities for new funds and investment vehicles while overseeing performance across the existing portfolio. You'll review investment recommendations ahead of Investment Committee submission, monitor portfolio performance, diversification, and liquidity, and build strong relationships with institutional investors, fund managers, financial institutions, and developers. You'll also originate new fund, co-investment, and joint venture opportunities, ensure full alignment with regulatory and governance standards, and lead, mentor, and develop the Real Estate Funds team.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field8+ years' experience in real estate investments, alternatives or real estate fundsProven track record managing the full investment lifecycle, from origination through exit, within fund structures and institutional investor relationshipsAdvanced real estate financial modeling and valuation expertiseExperience navigating changing economic cycles and presenting to institutional investorsArabic speaking, with prior experience in the Saudi market given the CMA-related exposure this role requiresCFA or CAIA; CME1 & CME4 preferredIf you're looking to relocate to Dammam and join a leading investment firm working on billion-dollar real estate deals across the region, this is an exceptional opportunity.
