This is an exciting period of growth, and we're building the team to match our ambitions.About the role:We're looking for a sharp, highly organised Fund Operations & Investment Analyst to be the operational backbone of the business. You'll support our traders with research and analysis, produce professional investor documents and presentations for both the fund and real estate divisions, and help execute on the company's strategic goals, all while keeping the office running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Trading support & financial researchAssist traders with market research, financial analysis, and data gathering to support live trading decisions and fund reporting.Investor documents & pitch decksProduce investor memos, pitch decks, fund documents, and real estate presentations using Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools. Output must be professional and client-ready.Meetings & stakeholder coordinationManage and coordinate meetings with investors, real estate brokers, and agents — including preparation materials, scheduling, follow-ups, and action tracking.Execution & goal trackingSupport the execution of business decisions and short-term goals across the hedge fund and real estate divisions, ensuring deliverables are completed on time.Office operations & performanceManage the day-to-day running of the office, improve internal systems and processes, and contribute to the overall performance of the team.

Requirements

Background in finance, business administration, or a related fieldAdvanced Excel skills — financial models, data analysis, and reportingProficient with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to research, draft, and refine professional documentsStrong PowerPoint skills — able to build polished, investor-facing pitch decks and presentationsExcellent written and verbal English communicationHighly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneouslyPrior experience in a finance, investment, or real estate environmentProactive, fast-moving, and comfortable working in a lean, entrepreneurial teamWhat you'll getDirect exposure to both luxury real estate and hedge fund operations in world's highest office space in Burj Khalif, 149 Floor. You'll work closely with senior leadership, have real ownership of your role, and grow with the business as we scale across both divisions.
