Learn more at HireXAI.space.Role Description The Funding Advisor (Equity Basis Only) is a full-time remote role focused on identifying, cultivating, and advising potential investors and strategic funding partners for HireXAI. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and qualifying prospective investors, preparing and presenting funding materials, and communicating HireXAI’s value proposition, financial outlook, and growth strategy. The Funding Advisor will manage investor pipelines, support due diligence processes, and collaborate with leadership to refine funding strategies and deal structures on an equity-only basis. This role also involves maintaining strong relationships with investors, providing timely updates on performance and milestones, and representing HireXAI professionally in virtual meetings, pitches, and industry events.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Finance and Investments skills, including understanding of fundraising, valuation, cap tables, and startup/venture ecosystems.Candidates should possess experience in Sales and Customer Service, with the ability to build relationships, handle inquiries, and communicate complex information clearly.Candidates should possess capabilities in Portfolio Management or related disciplines, such as tracking investor interests, managing deal flow, and monitoring performance indicators.Relevant qualifications include prior experience in venture capital, investment banking, startup fundraising, or financial advisory; familiarity with AI or SaaS business models is highly beneficial.Additional desirable qualifications include excellent written and verbal communication, strong analytical and presentation skills, comfort working in a fully remote environment, and the ability to operate independently in an early-stage, fast-paced setting.
