About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Fundraiser to help the NGO build sustainable funding through individual donors, CSR partnerships, corporate collaborations, fundraising campaigns, and institutional support.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and approach potential individual donors, corporates, CSR foundations, and funding partners.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective donors.Generate fundraising leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, social media, events, and networking.Prepare and present NGO profiles, project proposals, CSR proposals, and funding requests.Coordinate with the project team to understand ongoing and upcoming social initiatives.Follow up with prospective donors and maintain a systematic donor pipeline.Support CSR partnerships and corporate fundraising activities.Organize and promote fundraising campaigns and community events.Maintain accurate records of donors, commitments, follow-ups, and collections.Prepare regular fundraising reports for management.Ensure professional communication and transparency in all donor interactions.Required SkillsExcellent communication and convincing skills.Good Hindi and English communication.Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.Basic knowledge of CSR, NGO fundraising, and corporate partnerships.Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, email, and CRM tools.Ability to work independently and achieve fundraising targets.Experience with LinkedIn and digital fundraising will be an advantage.Performance IndicatorsNumber of qualified fundraising leads generated.Donor/corporate meetings and proposals.New donors and CSR partnerships acquired.Fundraising amount generated.Donor retention and relationship management.EducationGraduation in any discipline
