This full-time, on-site role based in Dubai involves designing and managing fundraising campaigns, cultivating relationships with donors and partners, and identifying new revenue opportunities. The role includes coordinating events and sponsorships, preparing proposals and presentations, and maintaining accurate records of fundraising activities and outcomes. Through legal, financial, and investment expertise, we aim to build long-term value while supporting sustainable business growth across multiple industries.PositionFundraising Chairperson / Strategic Fundraising ConsultantRole Type: Business Partner & Director (Special Conditions)Location: India / International (Flexible)Employment: Leadership PositionRole DescriptionThe Fundraising Chairperson / Strategic Fundraising Consultant will lead capital-raising initiatives for business acquisitions, asset acquisitions, project finance, structured investments, and strategic partnerships across India.The role requires developing relationships with institutional investors, family offices, private equity funds, venture capital firms, banks, NBFCs, sovereign funds, and global investment networks. The successful candidate will identify funding opportunities, structure investment transactions, negotiate commercial terms, and support acquisition strategies.As a Business Partner and Director, the individual will contribute to investment strategy, portfolio expansion, corporate growth initiatives, and long-term value creation while representing the organization before investors and strategic stakeholders.Key Responsibilities- Lead fundraising initiatives for business acquisitions and strategic asset acquisitions.- Build relationships with institutional investors, HNIs, family offices, private equity firms, venture capital funds, banks, and NBFCs.- Source debt, equity, structured finance, and alternative investment opportunities.- Structure investment proposals, financial models, and fundraising strategies.- Identify acquisition targets across multiple industries in India.- Negotiate investment terms, partnerships, and strategic alliances.- Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and portfolio expansion.- Coordinate with legal, financial, and technical advisors during transactions.- Represent the organization at investor meetings, conferences, and business forums.- Develop long-term investment pipelines and strategic capital partnerships.Qualifications- Proven experience in fundraising, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance, project finance, or business acquisitions.- Strong investor network with demonstrated fundraising capability.- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.- Experience in business valuation, due diligence, financial structuring, and investment documentation.- Ability to manage complex transactions and multiple stakeholders.- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Law, or a related field.
