The firm is committed to proactive, business-oriented support for organizations navigating complex legal and commercial challenges.Role Description The Fundraising Chairperson at BLACKBULL LAW HOUSE will lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of fundraising initiatives to support the firm’s strategic projects and community engagement efforts. This full-time on-site role, based in Dubai, involves developing fundraising strategies, identifying and cultivating potential donors and corporate partners, and organizing fundraising events and campaigns. The Fundraising Chairperson will coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and supporting materials, while maintaining accurate records of contributions and donor communications. The role also includes monitoring fundraising performance, providing regular reports to leadership, and ensuring all fundraising activities comply with relevant legal, ethical, and regulatory standards. Collaboration with marketing and communications colleagues to promote initiatives and enhance the firm’s visibility is an integral part of the day-to-day responsibilities.Qualifications Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present to diverse stakeholders.Demonstrated Team Leadership and collaboration abilities, with experience coordinating cross-functional efforts.Effective Organization Skills, including planning, prioritizing, and managing multiple fundraising activities simultaneously.Proven Fundraising experience, such as donor cultivation, campaign management, and relationship-building with sponsors and partners.Training or mentoring capabilities to guide staff or volunteers involved in fundraising initiatives.Background in law, business, nonprofit management, or a related field; a bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred.Knowledge of fundraising best practices, compliance requirements, and ethical standards, especially within corporate or professional services environments.Comfort working on-site in Dubai and engaging with both local and international stakeholders.
