The platform will focus on developing relationships with investors, financial institutions, family offices, private capital providers, strategic corporations, and international funding partners for Indian projects.BLACKBULL is also evaluating the development of a new NBFC/financial-services platform in India, subject to applicable regulatory approvals, licensing, capital requirements, and institutional partnerships.Role DescriptionDirector – Fundraising & Project FinanceBLACKBULL is seeking an experienced Fundraising and Project Finance Director based in Dubai who can independently originate, structure, coordinate, and execute fundraising opportunities for Indian companies and projects.This is not a training or learning-stage position. The ideal candidate must have a demonstrable track record of raising capital and maintaining strong relationships with investors, banks, financial institutions, private-credit providers, family offices, corporate institutions, and strategic investors.The Director will operate from Dubai while focusing primarily on Indian fundraising mandates, including companies seeking capital against eligible Indian business assets, real estate, receivables, cash flows, or other acceptable security structures.Key Responsibilities- Lead fundraising activities for Indian companies, projects, acquisitions, and strategic business opportunities.- Arrange equity, debt, structured finance, project finance, private credit, strategic investment, and other appropriate capital solutions.- Develop an international investor and institutional network from Dubai covering the UAE and other relevant jurisdictions.- Establish relationships with family offices, investment firms, private-equity funds, private-credit funds, banks, NBFCs, institutional investors, strategic corporations, and other capital providers.- Identify investors capable of funding Indian businesses against eligible Indian assets and cash flows, subject to applicable financing and regulatory requirements.- Structure transactions involving appropriate combinations of interest, investment return, profit-sharing, equity participation, or other commercially and legally permissible structures.- Lead negotiations with investors and financial institutions and coordinate transaction documentation through the relevant professional advisors.- Develop international collaborations and strategic alliances for large-scale Indian infrastructure, real estate, manufacturing, healthcare, technology, renewable-energy, logistics, hospitality, and other projects.- Support the development of an India-focused NBFC/financial platform, including investor relationships, institutional capital partnerships, strategic alliances, and business development, subject to regulatory approvals.- Develop Dubai-based relationships that can facilitate additional capitalization for eligible Indian projects and businesses.- Coordinate with Indian promoters, asset owners, financial advisors, legal teams, lenders, investors, and institutional partners.- Build a repeatable Dubai–India fundraising and investment pipeline for qualified projects.- Maintain transaction confidentiality, investor compliance, KYC/AML requirements, applicable securities regulations, foreign-exchange rules, and other relevant legal requirements.Asset-Backed & Project FundingThe candidate should understand financing structures where Indian companies seek capital against eligible Indian property, business assets, receivables, project cash flows, or other acceptable collateral/security.The objective is to identify appropriate financing structures and lenders/investors capable of providing capital based on the project's valuation, cash flows, security, credit profile, repayment capacity, and transaction structure.Funding percentages, pricing, returns, interest rates, profit-sharing arrangements, and security requirements will be determined independently for each transaction and will remain subject to investor/lender approval, valuation, due diligence, applicable law, and regulatory requirements.International Relationship DevelopmentA major responsibility of the Director will be to create a strong Dubai-based international fundraising network connecting qualified Indian businesses with:- UAE and international family offices- Private-equity and venture-capital investors- Private-credit funds- Banks and financial institutions- NBFCs and alternative lenders- Strategic corporate investors- Institutional investors- Investment offices- Project-finance institutions- International business groups- Cross-border strategic partnersThe candidate must be capable of converting relationships into genuine investment discussions, mandates, term sheets, due diligence, and completed transactions.Candidate ProfileWe are looking for a senior finance professional with:- Proven experience in fundraising, project finance, investment banking, corporate finance, structured finance, private credit, or capital advisory.- A demonstrable record of successfully raising or arranging capital for companies or projects.- Strong investor and institutional relationships in the UAE and/or international markets.- Strong understanding of Indian corporate finance and asset-backed financing.- Ability to evaluate projects, understand financial statements, assess security/collateral, and structure funding proposals.- Strong negotiation and transaction-management skills.- Ability to independently originate fundraising opportunities and take transactions from initial discussion through funding closure.- Experience working with large corporate projects and institutional investors is highly desirable.- Existing relationships with UAE investors, family offices, funds, banks, financial institutions, or strategic corporations will be a significant advantage.- Knowledge of India–UAE cross-border investment and financing structures is preferred.- Strong understanding of KYC, AML, FEMA, RBI, securities, lending, and other applicable regulatory considerations is desirable.Performance ExpectationsThis position is intended for a professional who can deliver measurable fundraising results, not simply introduce potential investors.The selected
