Funds Company Secretary | Dublin | HybridI’m currently recruiting for an established Funds Company Secretarial team in Dublin that is looking to add an experienced Company Secretary to its growing team.This is a strong opportunity for someone with 3+ years’ Funds CoSec experience who wants to work across a varied portfolio of regulated entities, including investment funds, an AIFM/fund management company and MiFID investment firms.You’ll take ownership of the full CoSec lifecycle, including:

• Board and committee meeting preparation, attendance and minute taking
• Managing agendas, board packs, actions and governance calendars
• Supporting Central Bank of Ireland governance, Fitness & Probity and Individual Accountability requirements
• CRO and Central Bank filings
• PCF/CF onboarding and Individual Questionnaires
• AGM/EGM documentation
• Maintaining statutory registers and governance records
• Incorporation of new companies and ICAVs
